What are monthly plans?

Monthly plans are great for those who send two or more times a month. With pricing based on the number of subscribers, you can send as many times a month as you need at a deep discount. No long-term contract, you can cancel any time.

How do I pay for monthly plans?

With monthly plans, you pay in the beginning of your month for the highest number of subscribers in all your lists you had the previous month. If your list grows or shrinks, we move you automatically to the correct plan. You can switch to the pay as you go plan at any time.

Which payments do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For larger Sign ups, we also accept checks or ACH debits.

What is your refund policy?

Since we allow you to send as many times as you want each month, we do not provide partial or full refunds. If, however, you feel that you did not receive all that you expected from Newsberry, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Delivery Tools: Reputation and Inbox Monitoring

Delivery Monitoring

With delivery monitoring, you will see specific delivery results to the top ISPs. Are you getting blocked by AOL? Is Gmail sending your campaigns to Spam? Now you'll know. Even better, we'll offer specific tactics to remedy the problems. Delivery Monitoring is just $15 for each campaign.


Reputation and Sender Score

Through our partnership with Return Path, you get detailed statistics about the reputation of your IP Address. Sending too frequently? Have too many spam complaints? With your own Sender Score (and IP address) you'll have what you need to improve delivery.


Dedicated IP address included

ISPs (Yahoo!, AOL, Hotmail, etc) track delivery based on emails sent from a specific IP addresses. Instead of sharing your email identity with thousands of others, you can maintain, track and improve your own reputation.

Why should I care about delivery and reputation?

The time you spend on acquiring emails, retaining customers, and creating content is wasted if your emails are missed. These tools are best for those who:

  • Plan to take delivery seriously and measure results
  • Send multiple times per month
  • Currently have delivery problems with domains or ISPs
  • Want to maximize response rates

Why are reputation tools only available for 10,000+ plans?

ISPs and Return Path build a reputation by monitoring emails that you send. For customers who don't send larger volumes of email, there may not be enough information to build and determine that reputation. In this case, it is actually more beneficial to send through our whitelisted, shared email servers.
